Refund & Exchange Policy – Blūm

At Blūm, we are committed to delivering pure, natural, and high-quality self-care products. Because of the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns — only exchanges, under specific conditions.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the exact condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
  • proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
  • The item must not be a sale product or a bundle, as these are non-exchangeable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please do not send the product before your exchange is accepted. We do not accept drop-offs.

Important notes:

  • All delivery costs and any price difference will be covered by the customer
  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges under the conditions listed above


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will replace the item and cover all shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to make things right through a product replacement.
